Co-op Conversion Academy

This 6 week program will help business owners learn about the benefits and process of selling the business to the workers as a cooperative. The academy is for owners who are ready to move to the next chapter of their lives and are interested in supporting their workers in carrying on their legacy. The program will also be beneficial for senior and key staff who will play an important role in the transition to worker ownership. In addition to learning about the co-op model and conversion process, participants will also hear from selling owners and workers who have benefited from following this route.
