Over the past couple of years, the International Cooperative Alliance, an NGO that represents over 1 billion co-op members worldwide, has been working to revise the Statement on the Cooperative Identity (drafted in 1995). The next phase involves those 1 billion plus people–including YOU! There will be sessions to have an in-depth discussion about the co-op identity: a definition, values, ethics, and principles. We hope to host such an event or more this year, but also are willing to participate if your co-op or community would like a speaker for your session.
