Capital Homecare incorporated in late summer of 2016, and has been working hard to become operational since then. This month, they begin a final push towards that goal and they need your help. To become operational, the co-op needs to raise enough funds to cover the costs of insurance and licensing along with some other costs to cover start-up expenses.
